EveryMatrix integrates with Fast Track CRM

EveryMatrix has completed its integration with Fast Track CRM in an effort to enhance player engagement across its network of operators, promote true real-time capabilities and help clients build retention and acquisition campaigns.

Fast Track has been integrated with GamMatrix, EveryMatrix’s PAM platform, with EveryMatrix saying its network of operators can increase ROI on marketing campaigns, better target groups of players and bolster player engagement.

The Fast Track platform enables operators to manage all aspects of the player engagement from one central system.

The platform also has machine learning capabilities and flexible segmentation model, which EveryMatrix said can help create personalised experiences for players.

“Fast Track has developed an agile and highly efficient platform which can be successfully used by any ambitious operator out there,” EveryMatrix group chief executive Ebbe Groes said.

“The integration was done via our DataHub product which offers real-time push notifications of all transactions and player updates across all the EveryMatrix products. I am a strong believer in real-time marketing which can make or break any campaign on both sports and casino.”
