Product Manager (PM) - job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Contribute to product strategy, roadmap, and feature ideation. Support full feature lifecycle: planning → development → testing → release → evaluation.
Define, track, and report success metrics to support decision-making.
Support CRO initiatives to improve key metrics (Visitor → FTD, FTDs, Revenue).
Conduct basic market and competitor research and translate findings into growth opportunities.
Prepare and validate product requirements for cross-functional teams.
Support timeline management, prioritization, and dependency coordination.
Identify risks/blockers and escalate them when needed.
Maintain daily communication with Product, Dev, SEO, and Affiliate teams.
Coordinate cross-team initiatives (new features, updates, changes).
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Basic understanding of product development and participation in shaping short- and mid-term product roadmaps.
Ability to conduct market and competitor research, extract actionable insights, and translate them into product improvements or small feature updates.
Understanding of key product metrics (FTDs, Revenue, Conversion Rate, etc.) and their impact on overall performance.
Ability to work with product analytics data: basic user behavior analysis, metric tracking, and interpretation of results.
Experience supporting A/B testing: preparing hypotheses, defining metrics, and performing basic results analysis.
Proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Google Sheets or similar).
Ability to create reports that support operational decision-making.
Understanding of web development fundamentals, basic technical constraints, and tracking logic.
Basic understanding of CRO principles, user funnels, user behavior, and factors influencing conversion.
Understanding of performance marketing or affiliate models (+ SEO is a plus, experience in iGaming is an advantage), including working with partner offers.
Ability to maintain a backlog, structure tasks, and prioritize according to business goals.
Ability to assess the impact of small features on key metrics and communicate these assessments to the team.
English level: Upper - Intermediate or higher.
