Junior User Acquisition Manager (Google UAC) | Inspirio We are currently looking for a Junior User Acquisition Manager (Google UAC) to join Inspirio, a project focused on the fast launch, development, and scaling of mobile applications. Remote | Ukraine Full-Time | User Acquisition job description Your focus will include: Creating, managing, and scaling Google Ads (UAC) campaigns for LeadGen funnels. Optimizing advertising campaigns to maximize ROAS. Generating hypotheses and implementing them to achieve target CPA and CAC. Working closely with the Marketing Team Lead and Senior UAM. Conducting competitor research.
You’re our ideal candidate if you:
Have 6+ year of experience with Google Ads (UAC).
Have proven experience managing Google UAC advertising budgets starting from $10,000.
Experience working with LeadGen and Utilities niches will be a plus.
Have experience with Firebase and GA4.
Have a clear understanding of marketing metrics and their impact on the project's profitability: CPM, CTR, CR, CPA, ROAS.
Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Keitaro will be a plus.
Have analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Understand mobile app funnels and key optimization points.
English level of B1 (Intermediate) or higher will be a plus.
