The Opportunity
Better Collective is a global sports media powerhouse, home to premier brands such as AceOdds, HLTV, The Nation Network, Action Network, and FutbolSites, engaging over 400 million monthly visitors.
We’re searching for a Commercial Partnerships Manager to lead key relationships with top-tier iGaming operators. From optimizing campaigns to closing new deals, you’ll be the engine behind growth across affiliate and media revenue. If you thrive at the intersection of business strategy, performance marketing, and relationship-building—and want to shape the future of sports betting media, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow relationships with sportsbook, casino, and fantasy partners, aligning with revenue and strategic goals
Identify and close new commercial opportunities with leading iGaming brands
Use campaign data to drive conversions and optimize performance across digital platforms
Work closely with content, SEO, product, legal, and design teams to launch impactful partner campaigns
Stay on top of industry shifts and regulatory changes, helping the business stay competitive
Lead and support internal strategic planning (QBRs, forecasting, business cases, etc.)
Act as a consultative partner, offering insight and solutions to maximize results
What Success Looks Like
Within 30 days: You’ve been onboarded and have begun evaluating key partner relationships and deals
Within 60 days: You’ve led optimizations and started identifying new deal opportunities
Within 90 days: You’ve contributed to revenue growth through smart partner management and campaign improvements
Job requirements
3–5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnerships, ideally in iGaming, sports betting, or fantasy
Strong knowledge of the North American iGaming and digital sports ecosystem
Proven success managing high-value partner relationships and commercial negotiations
Data-savvy and able to use KPIs and forecasting to guide decisions
Comfortable juggling multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A passion for sports, online gaming, and innovative business models
