We’re searching for a Customer Success Manager who thrives on building meaningful relationships with influencers. You'll empower creators by optimizing their content strategies, improving their earnings, and maximizing their impact. If you excel at using analytics to unlock influencer potential and enjoy fostering authentic connections, this role is ideal for you.
 
What You’ll Do
Provide strategic guidance to creators on content best practices, promotional methods, and platform optimization.
 
Act as a trusted coach, leveraging analytics to drive campaign success and influencer growth.
 
Proactively address creator needs, resolving challenges to maintain high satisfaction and productivity.
 
Coordinate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to streamline creator tools, processes, and onboarding.
 
Identify and communicate high-impact campaign opportunities aligned with sports events and operator promotions.
 
Transform industry trends and performance data into actionable strategies for influencer success.
 
What Success Looks Like
Within 30 days: You’re onboarded, familiarized with tools and processes, and have begun establishing relationships with key creators.
 
Within 60 days: You’ve provided strategic insights leading to measurable improvements in creator performance.
 
Within 90 days: Your influencer campaigns start delivering positive outcomes aligned with business objectives, enhancing creator satisfaction and revenue.
 
Job requirements
3 to 5 years experience in customer success, account management, or social media within sports betting, iGaming, or digital media.
 
Deep understanding of the creator economy and proven ability to drive conversions through social content.
 
Track record optimizing content performance across TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Instagram, Snapchat, and Discord.
 
Passionate about sports culture, digital communities, and online betting.
 
Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
 
Analytical mindset with proficiency in leveraging data for decision-making.
 
Experienced in cross-department collaboration within fast-paced environments.
