WHAT YOU’LL DO
Working with contractors: assigning tasks to copywriters, editors, and designers; controlling deadlines and quality of execution.
Editing and proofreading: deep editing and final proofreading of texts before publication.
Quality control: ensuring content complies with technical requirements, tone of voice, SEO guidelines, and project goals.
Experimentation and improvement: researching and testing new content formats and approaches.
Feedback collection: monitoring content performance, gathering feedback from the team and clients.
Collaboration with SEO and marketing: regular alignment to achieve shared goals.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
At least 2 years of experience as a content manager.
Experience working with contractors such as copywriters, editors, and designers.
Strong editing and proofreading skills in English.
Understanding of SEO copywriting principles and SEO-related content requirements.
Knowledge of tone of voice standards and ability to adapt content to the target audience and project goals.
Excellent organizational skills: ability to manage multiple content processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability to align content strategies with business goals and communicate priorities effectively.
