WHAT YOU’LL DO
Map user journeys and turn them into low‑fi wireframes and hi‑fi prototypes in Figma.
Design handsome, accessible UIs for the web.
Run quick-and-dirty user tests and iterate.
Keep our design system tidy and documented.
Pair with engineers daily to ship smooth interactions.
Measure what you shipped; improve what you learned.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
3+ years designing digital products end‑to‑end.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for a clean hand‑off.
A portfolio that proves you can solve user problems (ideally in the fintech domain or similar).
Mastery of Figma (bonus: you speak component naming common sense).
Comfortable with numbers and funnels.
Clear, concise English.
