WHAT YOU’LL DO
Designing and building modern, performant, and accessible UIs using TypeScript and React.
Working closely with product, design, and backend teams to bring features to life.
Owning SDKs and internal tools that make KatanaPay easy to integrate and scale.
Writing tests (unit, integration, e2e) and CI workflows to ship safely and quickly.
Improving performance, observability, and usability across frontend surfaces.
Shaping frontend architecture and mentoring junior devs as we grow.
Creating great documentation and self-service experiences for other teams.
Bonus: Experience building in fintech or payments, or crafting tools for other developers.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Strong understanding of frontend engineering from concept to production.
Deep expertise in React + TypeScript, with modern patterns and tooling.
Experience working with component libraries, design systems, and SDKs.
Basic familiarity with cloud infra (e.g., AWS, API gateways, auth flows).
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS, and understanding of how frontend fits into distributed systems.
Clear communicator — async-friendly, curious, and confident asking questions.
Self-starter with a product mindset — you care about user impact, not just pixels.
