Job Description:

The B2B Marketing Executive vacancy is a key position within the B2B department, operating at the heart of a fun, ambitious and high-energy sales and marketing team. The role requires a positive and solutions oriented individual who has the confidence and versatility to interact with a wide range of internal stakeholders at all levels and flourish within a fast-paced environment. The B2B Marketing Executive will handle a diverse set of responsibilities and as such needs to display the positivity and motivation to manage a variety of priorities simultaneously whilst maintaining exceptional levels of performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the SSG LinkedIn content plan, liaising with internal departments and external agency partners to maintain a varied and active posting strategy
Identify key industry award opportunities and liaise with event organisers, relevant internal teams and agency partners on the preparation of comprehensive and engaging entries
Work with the sales and marketing team to coordinate attendance at industry conferences, talks and other events, including organising stands and other promotional assets
Support in the organisation and hosting of SSG events and webinars targeted at reaching a global racing and sports betting audience 
Produce content for other SSG marketing channels, including our company website, newsletters and press releases
Support in our day to day contact for all media and agency relationships coordinating promotional requirements and ensuring maximum value is achieved from partnerships
Liaise with the internal communications teams on upcoming announcements to ensure, where appropriate, that maximum external marketing exposure is achieved
Proactively coordinate the B2B marketing planner incorporating the full spectrum of marketing and brand-building activities due to be carried out
Work with the B2B sales team on identifying key industry and product themes in which to build a range of marketing material upon
Measure the success of all marketing activities and use this insight to inform future work
Skills and Experience:

A keen and demonstrable interest in marketing, PR and communications
Experience in marketing practices, either within education or through work experience
Experience of working in a customer-facing role and team environment
Strong communicator, internally and externally, and able to build a rapport and develop relationships with colleagues and partners
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst retaining the highest levels of standards
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content and press releases.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A proactive and optimistic outlook with the will and perseverance to succeed
Conscientious and take pride in producing high-quality work
An ability to observe business challenges and identify solutions
Flexible attitude with an ability to adapt within an evolving role and team
