Job description
Are you excited about supporting the roll-out of innovative technologies and ensuring seamless user experiences across the organisation? If yes, you might be the perfect fit for our new Salesforce Developer/Administrator role.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this hybrid position (approximately 80% development and 20% administration), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, as well as managing certain administrative tasks. You will ensure seamless integration with other systems, uphold high data quality standards, and provide configuration support. Working closely with business stakeholders, system administrators, and other development teams, you will deliver scalable and reliable solutions that meet evolving organisational needs.

Our team is a friendly, down-to-earth group of Salesforce enthusiasts who genuinely enjoy what we do. We back each other every step of the way and take the time to share ideas, learn new skills, and grow together. From day one, you’ll have a clear development path, along with real support and encouragement from our leaders and the wider organisation. In short, we’re a team that helps you become your best, while having a good time doing it.

• Support ongoing configuration tasks such as updates to fields, layouts, and record types, ensuring the platform aligns with changing business processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues, performing routine health checks and optimisation of system performance.
• Collaborate with the team to define and implement security controls, sharing rules, and data access policies to maintain a secure environment.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
• Work closely with business stakeholders, system administrators, and other development teams to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation related to customisations, business processes, and integrations.
