WHAT YOU’LL DO
Provide legal support for the company’s daily operations across multiple jurisdictions.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on legislative changes.
Communicate with local consultants, lawyers, banks, agents, and other third parties from various countries.
Draft, review, and translate legal documents (contracts, policies, official correspondence).
Prepare KYC documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Advise on corporate matters and provide legal opinions.
Assist senior lawyers in handling legal tasks and meeting deadlines.
Assist in the creation, maintenance, and liquidation of foreign companies.
Support Boosta teams in communication with their partners on legal issues.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Law degree.
1+ year of legal experience.
Business fluency in English (B2 or higher).
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, and legal research databases.
Experience in international corporate law and legal aspects of business operations in multiple jurisdictions.
Ability to effectively communicate with international consultants, banks, agents, and legal professionals.
Knowledge of KYC procedures, compliance requirements, and due diligence documentation.
Strong legal analysis skills, ability to provide legal opinions, and work with contracts.
Experience supporting commercial projects.
