WHAT YOU’LL DO
Conduct analysis of market trends, competitors’ (both direct and indirect) marketing funnels, and creatives to identify key trends and growth opportunities
Perform ongoing deep research of the audience to know their pain points, triggers, and needs and convert them into creative briefs.
Create clear briefs and control the production of creatives with a balance between quality and speed.
Experiment with various creative ideas and formats to find optimal strategies.
Independently and regularly track and analyze the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns to optimize them.
Research and implement AI tools to enhance creative performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with product manager, user acquisition specialist, and designer to ensure effective planning and execution of goals.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
2+ years of experience working with static and video creatives in the positions of Marketing Creative Specialist/Marketing Creative Manager or similar.
Proven experience in creating effective ad creatives for social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
Understanding of composition, color theory, ability to work with video dynamics, and copywriting skills.
Experience with one or more market analysis tools for websites or mobile apps (AppMagic, Data.ai, Adheart, SensorTower, etc.).
Data-driven mindset - you should understand and work closely with key marketing metrics to optimize campaigns’ performance.
Ability to clearly communicate your idea to the team, provide quality and constructive feedback.
Independence and initiative - no one will dictate what to do; we expect you to generate ideas and solutions yourself.
Proficiency in English at Intermediate level or higher.
Experience working on a product at the launch stage will be a plus.
Experience working in the mental health niche is highly desirable.
