WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manage social media for organic growth and audience engagement.
Create content for YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Create or adapt content for different platforms.
Define and implement project goals and strategies.
Develop content plans and rubrics.
Generate text, video, and visual content using AI.
Conduct market, competitor, and performance analysis.
Adjust content strategies and adapt to algorithm changes.
Assign tasks to designers and content managers.
Test trends, viral content, funnels, and apply best practices.
Interact with the team: gathering information, offline content, brainstorming.
Explore new methods to boost brand awareness and EEAT factors.
Compliance with legal compliance guidelines.
Achieve KPIs: reach, likes, link clicks.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
English: Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate.
At least six months of practical experience in SMM.
AI neural network user.
Strategic thinking.
Understanding of social media algorithms and methodologies.
Experience with funnels and analytics tools will be a plus.
Creative approach to idea generation.
Proactivity and passion for the niche.
Task management.
Staying up-to-date.
