GVC renews marketing partnership with Optimove

Online gambling operator GVC Holdings has moved to both extend and expand its partnership with relationship marketing hub Optimove.

Under the renewed agreement, Optimove will work with GVC across all of its Gala brands, as well as the Roar Digital joint venture with MGM Resorts in the US.

Optimove will also continue to provide its marketing management to services to various other brands owned and operated by GVC.

The two companies have been working together since July 2016.

“As we’ve established ourselves to be one of the leading gaming brands in the world, we face a growing challenge in keeping the management of customer engagement in a simple and yet diverse fashion that will cater for players of different brands, regulations and countries,” GVC’s global director of CRM, Francois Orhan, said.

“Our long-term business relationship with Optimove has impressive track record.”

Asaf Cohen, vice president for revenue at Optimove, added: “GVC is a long-standing client and this renewal solidifies the relationship between companies even further.

“We’ve seen GVC grow and evolve over years, and we’re very excited to have some part in its global growth.”
