FSB secures loyalty partnership with Captain Up

Under the agreement, operators powered by FSB’s full tech-stack sportsbook and casino solution will be able to maximise customer activity and drive loyalty through the use of Captain Up’s gamification, behavioural psychology and smart social tools.
This will include the ability to create and launch scheduled and targeted segmented campaigns, matching rewards and bonuses within certain categories and channels.
“It’s been a busy start to 2021 at FSB with new partners and new product integrations and we're delighted this momentum continues on the back of our new agreement with Captain Up,” FSB head of product Shaan Balani said.
