Esports group teams up with Speedrun Association

Esports Entertainment Group, an online gambling company with a specific focus on esports wagering, has sealed an affiliate marketing agreement with Global Speedrun Association.

GSA hosts and oversees races on a variety of so-called “speedrun” games, most notably Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Odyssey, across its three channels on the Twitch platform.

GSA has generated 860,000 views from three channels over the past month.

Esports Entertainment Group’s platform offers bet exchange-style wagering on esports events.

“Groups like GSA help raise the standard of production quality and push speedrunning forward,” Brian Cordry, head of esports at Esports Entertainment Group, said.
