Catena Media increases shares and votes
Published 3rd March 2020
The rise comes after a previously announced directed issue of 2,955,470 shares as part of the payment of the final purchase price for US assets acquired in December 2016.
The share issues in question have been registered with the Maltese authorities.
Subsequent to the share issues, the total share capital in Catena Media has now increased to €92,353 (£80,125/$102,344).
The announcement comes after Catena Media last month reported a full-year loss of €10.5m 2019, primarily due to impairment charges related to assets acquired between 2016 and 2018, while all core business units struggled in the period.
