SportsBetting.com and RaceBook.com will soon go live in various countries across Europe and Latin America, via the iGaming start-up’s licence from the Malta Gaming Authority.

Plans are also in place to chase licences in the UK, US and Sweden to enable a wider roll-out.

As part of the process, Carousel has recruited a number of affiliates through its Carousel Group Affiliates programme. The company is also seeking to bring in new staff across marketing, administration and central services.

Daniel Graetzer, founder and CEO of Carousel Group, said: “2018 was a huge year for us as we prepared the business for launch. We closed a second capital raise, acquired two strong domain names and ended the year with the acquisition of our technology platform, but now the real fun starts.

“We’ve assembled a team of highly experienced and competent leaders in our Madrid headquarters and combined with our recent acquisitions we are aiming to deliver a superior customer-driven experience to markets all over the world.”

When live, SportsBetting.com will allow customers to bet on a range of sports, while RaceBook.com will run as a specialist racing betting platform.
