Blandford re-elected as chairman of Gambling.com

Mark Blandford, the entrepreneur and founder of Sportingbet, has been re-elected as chairman of Gambling.com.
At the company’s AGM, Blandford, Susan Ball, Fredrik Burvall, Charles Gillespie and Per Sundberg were all re-elected as directors.
Blandford will continue as chairman, a role he has held since February 2018. Blandford, who listed Sportingbet plc on the London Stock Exchange in 2001, has been a director at Gambling.com since 2008 and is also chairman of platform supplier FSB Tech.
All 13 of the resolutions presented to the Gambling.com meeting were approved, including the annual report and report on directors’ remuneration.
Authority was given to the board to grant options in relation to shares to senior management up to a maximum 400,000 options in 2019. Authority was also approved to change the terms related to the right to and time of exercise of 509,744 warrants in the company.
