On top of inbound, Gavin is an advocate of creating personalised, value-driven retention strategies for users, through personalised communications and leveraging data and automation software. 

Gavin’s iGaming journey began in 2011 where he worked predominantly with iGaming brands at a Danish based media agency, before moving to Better Collective to lead a team of marketing specialists in 2015. Outside of iGaming and online marketing, Gavin is a proud Yorkshireman who unfortunately for him holds an unforgiving affinity with Sheffield Wednesday, he’s a family man living just outside of Copenhagen.
