Our client, one of the world’s leading online gaming operators with a focus on poker is seeking a talented marketing individual to join their team based in London. As the Online Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for promoting your celebrities and professionals via various means. 

The Role and the Department

Based in Milan as part of the Marketing Italian department, you will work with the team having specific responsibility for ongoing partner management and deals optimisation. You will play an active role in the successful management and implementation of a well established gaming company’s online marketing plan in the Italian market.

The primary objective of this position is to contribute to the company growth using online marketing techniques to facilitate the creation, management, reporting of online media in the Italian market.

The Responsibilities

• Optimising existing programs and deals, checking quality of the recruitment;
• Creating, implementing, tracking and optimising online advertising campaigns;
• Ad server and banners operation and management. Banners updating;
• Affiliate acquisition and management;
• CRM Campaigns;
• Completing daily and weekly reporting procedures;
• Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager Italy;
• Leading of Italian Online Marketing Team
• Liaise with Affiliate Manager Italy, and work closely with the rest of the European Marketing team;

The Must Haves

• Fluent Italian and English;
• A strong team player;
• This is a very proactive role and ability to self manage multiple priorities is essential;
• Experience working within the online/new media environment;
• Good analytical / reporting skills required with an intermediate / advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Knowledge and ability to use Photoshop, HTML and Internet facilities.

The Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of online betting/gaming industry;
• Experience in Ad server, affiliation, tracking technology.
