Affiliate Manager

Description

Our client is one of the world’s most popular online gaming companies, leading the industry across poker and casino verticals. 

Overview:

Overall responsibility for managing affiliate network on behalf of our client's company.

Goals:

• Work to attract and retain affiliates according to our client's company goals and set targets
• Work according to the online marketing plan for the generation of affiliates

Responsibilities:                           

• Identify and close business deals with leading Affiliates in the area of our client's activities
• Account management for high performing affiliates that will allow them to promote our client's company products in an optimal manner
• Creating and managing promotions and programs to enhance retention and loyalty of existing referred players
• Manage negotiations and establish ties with relevant external clients, including agencies that supply marketing services for our client's company(such as SEO services, PPC, etc.)
• Test the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to ensure maximum optimization and efficiency
• Create a day to day working interface with all departments that support our client's company marketing activities (Web Creators, Copywriters, etc.) 

Technical Skills:

• Analytical with a thorough understanding of profit/loss
• Ability to analyze reports and assess performance
• Ability to think strategically- move from one project to the next
• Sales focused with an ability to understand the needs of the customer 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is a must 

Experience:

• Languages: Fluent Italian and English
• Experience working in Italian Market is a must
• Experience of at least 2 years in marketing field (PPC, media buying, Affiliates SEO
• Familiarity with the Internet world is a must
• Experience in online gaming industry – an advantage
