Gábor Helembai graduated from the Faculty of Law of Károli Gáspár Protestant University, Budapest in 2005. Currently, he is finishing his post-graduate legal studies in real estate law at Eötvös Lóránd University, Budapest. Gábor started his career at Mura Law Firm and joined to Forgó, Varga and Partners Law Firm (predecessor of Forgó, Damjanovic and Partners Law Firm) in 2006.

Following that Gábor passed the bar exam in 2010, he was admitted to the Budapest Bar Association. Being involved in the law firm’s dispute resolution and real estate practice, Gábor has represented clients before numerous different courts and authorities in various proceedings, and acting for clients in cross-border disputes, as well. By providing general corporate and transactional advice to casino investors and representing them in their concession agreement negotiations with the Hungarian State, Gábor has gained particular expertise in the gaming, betting and licensing industry. He has also gained considerable experience in gaming regulatory issues by advising betting companies and those involved in online gaming.
