Ana-Maria Baciu is Managing Associate at the law firm of Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP), coordinating the firm's Trademark practice group. Her main area of expertise includes Intellectual Property law, but she also specializes in gambling legislation, heading an experienced team that provides legal guidance to on-site and online casinos, as well as to other companies acting in the virtual gaming industry.

Ana-Maria is a licensed European trademark and design attorney and a member of the National Chamber of Intellectual Property Attorneys of Romania. She has graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and is a member of the Bucharest Bar. Ana-Maria is fluent in English.
